Confirm the screen option before approving your repair.
The catalogue price does not guarantee a particular display grade. We confirm which option is available for your exact model and explain any change in price.
LCD
A backlit display. If your phone originally used OLED, ask about differences in brightness, contrast, thickness and power use before choosing an LCD replacement.
Aftermarket OLED
Uses an OLED panel. Ask whether the available option is soft or hard OLED and confirm touch response, brightness and supported display features for your model.
Original or refurbished original
Ask whether an original-panel option is available and whether it is new or refurbished. Availability, calibration requirements and price are confirmed separately.
We test image, touch and brightness after fitting. Ask about device messages, biometric functions and any voluntary warranty before approval. A screen replacement does not itself guarantee the original water resistance.

Can you collect my device?
Yes. Pickup and return can be requested across Sydney, including the CBD, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, St George and Sutherland Shire. Collection is by arrangement.
How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on the model, fault, part availability and any extra damage found during inspection. We confirm a practical window before accepting the repair.
